Using the reading and films from module 1 and drawing examples from other modules of the course, discuss some of the ways the colonial legacy has lingered in different spheres of post colonial Africa life for example in governance, education, gender relations, arts and aesthetics. Your answer should also discuss how appropriate African worldviews, knowledge systems and cultural forms(including cinema) can be centered and embedded within west Africa political, cultural, and social contexts for sustainable development of the sub region.
