Hi, I need to create a business plan proposal that will be then developed next semester
in this first proposal i need to describe the type of business I want to open, which it will be an Italian Bakery selling traditional italian bread, breadstick, taralli , pizza also sweet as croissant , ciambelle and sponge cake. I am going to sell also coffee, teas and some italian traditional package food as biscuit , crackers and coffee grinded.
It will provide a service to the surrounding area, local people, people that wants to have fresh bread daily and make a sandwich while working from home, near Iconic building where people are working….
The area I decided to open the Business is the Lierty Market area in Dublin, Ireland
The business plan must be very personal with only few citation, I need you to:
Analyse the key current trends within this industry/sector
Identify who are your key target market(s)
Where is your business located? (this does not need to be the exact street) Provide a concise justification as to why you have selected this area?
Explain briefly the key benefits you are providing to your customers/clients?
