The purpose of this assignment is to afford students an opportunity to formally apply the skills of project shaping and risk assessment. Students will learn to analyze a project’s goals incorporating an (end) user-centered project design protocol (scenario modelling). Students will then take the work product from the scenario modelling and assess, prioritize, and map the risks that might confront their project. The final stage will be to develop a contingency plan in light of the identified risks and prioritized project goals.
Case Study for this assignment will be: The Blue Spider (pg. 277)

1) Case Study Analysis – emphasis on risk (use the same method as Case Study Assignment
2) Create a Risk Management Plan – utilize provided template
