Your thesis statement (a precise one- or two-sentence statement of your papers MAIN idea) should appear somewhere in your introduction. You need to incorporate a lot of specific evidencedetails and quotations from your sources in support of your ideas. Each body paragraph should start with a topic sentence(argument) which is your OWN IDEA. It should not be the author’s idea or facts.
