o Which of these 3 styles do these high-quality service behaviors fall into?  (Constructive, Aggressive-Defensive or Passive-Defensive?)

Paragraph Two:
o Explore the Circumplex again.  In 50 words or more, describe, and give specific examples, of what you learned from this interactive tool about how to create a business culture that promotes high quality customer service.

Paragraph Three: 
o    Based on what you learned Parts 1 and 2, Develop a Personal Philosophy on “Why Quality Matters for a Business.”.    A personal philosophy is a set of guiding principles that we live by. It influences everything from the words you say, to the quality of work you do on the job.  Therefore, you will write the things you will say and do at the workplace to have a quality performance.
