Government is wanting to pass a birth control law to implant people to make them sterile. People are arguing if this is going to be mandatory or a choice.

*If the experiment goes wrong we could end humanity everyone could become sterile
*Spread of STD’s if we are not protecting ourselves from pregnancy then people would be less likely to use protection to prevent STD
