Identify and summarize key literature on the topic of how a poor workplace culture impacts the organizational culture. (should include 7-10 sources*).
Identify and describe, what does the literature say about this problem? ***
Identify key emerging themes of agreement found in the research.***
Identify research gaps: areas of contradiction, inconsistency, or lacking in the research.***
Conclude with interpretation, synthesis, and conclusions that you have drawn. Discuss how you recommend the issue that you identified should be addressed as a result of the literature review.
*All sources must be academic resources only with DOI link if possible.
This is graduate level work, work must be quality.
