Please post a journal entry about how race and racism have influenced the structure and function of the institution you are studying.

It also needs to include some information from the big essay you wrote that I am going to attach. The part about racism and discrimination should be used. The large essay was supposed to be written after this one.
I am an Emergency Medical technician so I’d like to make this with an experience.
