Culture can have a profound impact on working, and interacting, with others from foreign lands, or by working in foreign lands yourself. Analyze the ways in which culture can impact a business, and assess the role of human resources in creating, and modifying, an organization’s culture.
In your initial posting, explain to your classmates what you think the most important ways in which human resources impacts organizational culture, and the most important ways in which culture, in turn, impacts employees.
