As a healthcare administrator, you are in charge of educating employees about the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Create a handout for employees about key points of HIPAA. Examine the privacy standards defined by HIPAA to identify a minimum of 2 elements that may impact your role as a healthcare administrator the most. The analysis and description of each element should be provided in the handout. Explain why HIPAA is considered an important ethical policy.
