Reflect on why this leader is personally influential to you and include the following:
Describe who your leader ( Michael Santiago Render aka Killer Mike) and introduce why you chose them for this paper, what do they mean to you?
Explain what you admire most about this leader, what have they accomplished (big or small?), what traits do they possess that you want to carry on into your own leadership role?
Discuss what makes this person an effective leader, explain how are they influential. Provide examples, consider how they may have overcame challenges (or helped you to overcome yours), share what makes their leadership special, include how their leadership style inspires those around them. Michael is an activist, his followers love his honesty and personality. He does not pretend to be someone else.
