Write a 1 page (double spaced) paper detailing your leadership philosophy. In a single, combined narrative, address the following questions:
1) What informs your approach to leadership development?
2) What values guide your leadership approach?
3) How has your perception of leadership and leadership development changed over the past seven weeks? How has it remained the same?
4) Do you see connections between the leadership approach/models (Cycle of Socialization & Social Change Model of Leadership) we covered in this course and your own leadership approach? Describe those possible connections.
5) How do you plan to continue your leadership development journey?
