1. Nancy Jones in room 6310 with an infiltrated IV line without another IV access when her ampicillin is due at 8 a.m. 2. Justin Foster in room 6314 who called for pain medication at 7 a.m. 3. Anna Chen in room 6315 who is diagnosed with gastritis and called for assistance with ambulation to restroom and whom had assistive personnel contacted. 4. Lennie Williams in room 6307 who contacted the assistive personnel stating that he experiences pain in his right calf which was red.
