Research what probiotics are and what they do for your body
Include information you can find about the bacteria in your gut and the relationship to your immune system.
Give some examples of probiotics
Research the various foods that are advertising that they contain probiotics and the health claims made by the company
Give examples of at least 3 different probiotic products
Identify the health claims made
Research whether or not the claims are substantiated by real research and discuss the sources that you found the information from (the sources must not be from the companies that make the products – must be indepent sources)
Decide whether or not probiotics are a healthy option to include in your diet and explain why
Explain what the best way is to include probiotics in your diet – from natural food sources or supplements – explain why
include credible sources and works cited
