Organizations want to have the biggest impact in their HR departments by staffing with positions that have both breadth and depth. For some that means utilizing the HR Generalist role, for others, it is the HR Specialist role. You are the HR Manager for a non-profit organization. The CEO meets with you to discuss staffing for the next two years.
