Comments from mentor:
I have a couple suggestions.
On your 1NF you miss some attributes found on the Donut Shop Order/Receipt e.g. Phone number etc. Also DonutID needs to be a PK as an order can have different types of Donut.
On your 2NF your Order Table should have both OrderID/DonutID has both (PKFK). This is per normalization process. You will need to adjust the PK in the other two tables accordingly.
On your 3NF you need to make the same adjustment on the Doti Table and the other tables as in the case of 2NF.
