Design a society in which there is actual equality between men and women. What would it look like? How would it be structured? What mental shifts would have to take place? Yes, Im asking you to think hypothetically about a world in which men and women (and boys and girls) receive equal respect, encouragement, motivation, pay, opportunities, etc. Women are not presumed to only be baby machines, nor are men presumed to be bumbling idiots around children. What would this world look like in terms of raising children? Education? Employment? Government? Healthcare? Etc. Write an 8-12 page paper describing this society and how it exists and executes equality.
One way to get started on this kind of thinking is to list out as many stereotypes as you can think of for each gender. Then think about a society in which those stereotypes dont exist.
